ICN members believe that to be truly
successful, your new accounting system must grow with your
business over time. Just as the needs and goals of your
organization will change, your accounting system must evolve to
help you meet those needs and pursue those goals.
We are dedicated to the long-term success of our clients. During
the implementation process, efforts will be made to learn as much
about your business as possible. This knowledge will be critical
for a successful evolution of your accounting system.
To ensure that your new system keeps pace with your business, we
will perform an annual system review. This review has been
designed to examine the use of your system and recommend ways to
improve operations through new or under-utilized features.
Additionally, with each new client, we initiate a proactive
contact plan where the senior consultant assigned to the client
has the responsibility to make contact on a predetermined time
interval. We have found this approach to be an effective means of
ensuring that users continue to remain satisfied and productive
with their new accounting system.
